Meet Steph Blue of Knoxville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steph Blue

Hi Steph, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into hosting wellness retreats and working with national sponsors to bring people the gift of wellness started from a deeply personal place—motherhood. Becoming a mom was one of the most beautiful yet challenging experiences of my life. It also made me realize how easy it is for women, especially mothers, to pour into everyone else while neglecting themselves. I was giving so much of my energy away that I had to ask myself: When do I take time for me?

That question led me down a path of prioritizing wellness—not just as a luxury but as a necessity. The truth is, I need wellness. I need moments to slow down, to move my body, to breathe, and to be intentional about how I show up for myself. And I know I’m not alone in that. That’s why I became passionate about sharing my journey, not just through content, but by creating immersive experiences that allow people to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

As a traveling wellness creator, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with brands that align with my mission, bringing wellness into everyday life—whether at home or while exploring the world with my husband and daughter. But I didn’t stop there. I also launched my own consultancy, helping other influencers refine their content strategy and build meaningful brand partnerships. I know firsthand how hard it can be to grow in this space, and I wanted to create a bridge between influencers and brands that are looking for authentic connections.

Now, my biggest and most exciting venture is hosting a wellness and content retreat in Bali from June 5-11—an experience designed to help creators and wellness enthusiasts immerse themselves in self-care while capturing content that aligns with their personal brand. And in March, I’ll be launching my wellness podcast, another extension of this mission, where I’ll have raw, real conversations about what it truly means to prioritize wellness in our busy lives.

This journey has been filled with so much growth, and I’m just getting started. More than anything, I want people to know that wellness isn’t just about yoga retreats or spa days—it’s about making the conscious decision, every day, to pour back into yourself. And I’m honored to create spaces that help people do just that.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not—it has been anything but a smooth road! When I first started, I was trying to do *everything*. I was managing social media accounts, working on branding projects, and saying yes to whatever opportunities came my way. But at some point, it hit me—being called to *everyone* is not who I was meant to serve. I had to ask myself: *Who am I truly here to help?*

That realization led me to streamline my business and focus on the people I felt most connected to—**creators, specifically in the wellness space**. I knew I could offer the most value by helping them refine their content, connect with aligned brands, and build sustainable partnerships. Once I embraced that niche, everything started to make more sense.

But even with that clarity, balancing it all has been incredibly challenging. Trying to grow a consultancy while being a full-time content creator—constantly meeting deadlines, negotiating deals, and staying consistent—*all while homeschooling my four-year-old and managing life while my husband travels* has been *hard*, to say the least. There have been moments of exhaustion, imposter syndrome, and questioning if I can truly juggle it all.
And that brings me back to why **I need wellness just as much as I encourage others to prioritize it**. Wellness isn’t just a career for me—it’s survival.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’d love to share! My work sits at the intersection of wellness, travel, and content creation, and I wear a few different hats in this space. As a traveling wellness creator and blogger, I partner with national brands to bring wellness into everyday life—whether that’s through movement, mindfulness, or simply learning how to be present, even while on the go. I also host retreats that blend wellness with content creation, giving creators a space to recharge while refining their craft.

Beyond that, I run Steph Bee Creative Consultancy, where I help other influencers—particularly those in the wellness space—grow, refine, and monetize their content. My consultancy offers strategic roadmaps, branding support, and hands-on coaching to help influencers build sustainable businesses.
From landing national brand deals to now hosting my own wellness and content retreat in Bali, I’ve built something that allows me to pour into others while staying true to my passions. And in March, I’ll be launching a wellness podcast to dive even deeper into these conversations.

What sets me apart is that I don’t just talk about wellness—I live it. I know firsthand how easy it is to get lost in the grind, especially as a mom, a wife, and an entrepreneur. At the core of everything I do is the belief that wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. And I’m committed to helping people experience that, especially MOMS! Whether it’s through my content, my retreats, or my work with brands and creators.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
One book that truly changed my mindset is The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss. It challenged the way I think about work, time, and freedom—especially as an entrepreneur. It reinforced the idea that success doesn’t have to mean working yourself into the ground, but rather creating systems that allow you to live the life you want while building something sustainable.

When it comes to podcasts, I love Bre Pair’s Thrive—it’s specifically for bloggers and influencers, and I always walk away with actionable insights on growing my brand, refining my content, and staying aligned in this ever-evolving industry. It’s such a great resource for creators looking to turn their passion into something profitable.

And honestly, my Bible app has been an anchor for me. Navigating entrepreneurship, content creation, and motherhood all at once can feel overwhelming, and this app has helped me recenter and gain clarity on God’s will for my life and business. It’s a daily reminder to trust the process, take aligned steps, and know that I’m exactly where I need to be.

These tools have helped me stay focused, inspired, and intentional as I continue building a business that aligns with both my purpose and my well-being.
