Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Bass
Hi Haley, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started competing in pageants when I was 18 years old and instantly fell in love with them. I have held many titles but a year ago I decided I would start hosting my own! I created Internal Radiance Pageants I have divisions for people of every walk of life! I love being able to watch these girls grow and become confident leaders in their community!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been easy , when I started out I had never done anything like this. I learn something new every time I host a pageant and something always goes wrong lol, but we always power through and learn how we can do better next time!
As you know, we’re big fans of Internal Radiance Pageants . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
It’s a pageant system that offers divisions from people with disabilities all the way to plus size women.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something most people probably don’t know is I used to be shy and would have never thought about putting something on like this
