Meet Steven Harbick

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven Harbick.

Hi Steven, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m originally from California came to Knoxville when I was 20. I have been a die-hard wrestling fan since the age of 7. I used to have my room wall to wall covered in professional wrestling posters.

Last April finally made my first steps toward my dream by enrolling in the JPWA with the best coach in the world doctor, Tom Prichard. Fast forward to now, I’m wrestling every weekend and now am in a feud with a very large wrestler.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been semi-smooth probably could be labeled as smooth but you get in your own head the doubts creep in but for the most part the wrestling community has been very supportive and caring.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
So when I’m not wrestling I used to call myself a chef but I’m in the hospitality field right now.

I have been cooking for some 20 plus years and that was my second passion but I felt I owed it to myself to see if I could give this professional wrestling thing a shot. I am most proud of my determination to graduate from JPWA because a lot of people in my class showed up when the lights were brightest at our graduation but for my friends that bled and sweated through countless shirts and all the injuries that we did not let stop us.

I am highly driven and like put off certain energy when in the locker room or the ring.

What makes you happy?
Family because I love them and they put a smile on my face, especially my beautiful wife. Also, professional wrestling and why professional wrestling well that’s simple pro wrestling has always been there for me throughout.
