We are Jessica and Mackenzie and we met 4 years ago as co-workers and instantly became best friends. Our like mindedness, style and passion for the hair industry led us to take the jump to open Drop Dead Gorgeous Hair Studio. Everyone has had an experience where they don’t quite fit in. We wanted to create a safe space for anyone to be their authentic selves.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Like any new business there has been trial and error but being on this journey with your best friend has made it easier. We are having a great time doing what we love!

Our sole purpose for our work is striving to make every person that comes through our door feel incredible when they walk back through it. We specialize in vivid hair colors, blonding, and creating custom haircuts to fit your individual style and needs. We are also THE wedding A-team. Jessica creates beautiful updos and Mackenzie is well versed in all makeup styles.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Never get too comfortable, our industry is very fast moving and ever changing and education and passion is the key to success.
