Our story began in 2019 with a simple barn and a dream. As a blended family with five children and 16 grandchildren, we longed for a large space to gather, celebrate birthdays, and host Thanksgiving dinner. But God had an even bigger plan. When a local bride, in love with the countryside, horses, and stunning mountain views, chose our barn for her wedding, we realized this place was meant for more. Although it still serves its original purpose, it became something even greater—a venue where love stories unfold. Today, we’re honored to host beautiful country weddings with an upscale bridal suite, groom’s room, kitchen, and all the special touches to make a day unforgettable.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Running a wedding venue is incredibly rewarding, but it comes with its challenges. One major challenge is that primarily outdoor venues are at the mercy of unpredictable weather, requiring us to have backup plans in place to ensure every wedding runs smoothly, rain or shine. Another challenge is the commitment—there are no days off, with weekends dedicated to events, and constant work to maintain the property, from the upkeep of the barn’s rustic charm to ensuring the entire venue stays picture-perfect for every couple’s special day.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories was traveling with my parents every weekend across the state to show horses. When I started high school, they bought me an American Saddlebred horse to compete with—probably to keep me distracted from boys, and it worked! But what I treasured most was the time spent with my parents,. It’s an experience I’ll always hold close to my heart.
