Today we’d like to introduce you to Kelly and Kate McKinney. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Kate moved to Knoxville, Tennessee 3 years ago to attend college for Marketing. After graduating in 2021, Kate and her boyfriend bought their first investment home in Lenoir City, TN. After making renovations/repairs Kate decided to start a small farm. They built a coop and pond for their six chickens and three ducks. Kate and her boyfriend also have two dogs, Ozzy and Axel. Ozzy is an energetic, brindle Pitbull while Axel is a St.Bernard weighing in just over 150 pounds. When Kate isn’t working, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, swimming at the lake, and traveling.

Kelly moved to Tellico Village, Tennessee in 2021 to establish her roots in real estate before her husband retired.

Kelly has met many new friends and enjoys going on morning walks with her dog, Cooper. When Kelly’s not working, you can find her playing pickleball, boating, hiking, or just hanging out with friends.
