Jameson, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My journey with ER2GO begins with a simple idea: to deliver urgent-care services directly to people’s homes — with the convenience, responsiveness, and compassion that too often gets lost in traditional urgent care or ER settings.
From the start, ER2GO was built to act like a local urgent care or walk-in clinic — but one that comes to you, wherever you are. 
I remember seeing too many people struggle. They’d have to take time off work, drive across town, wait for hours in crowded waiting rooms… all just to treat what, in many cases, could be handled more simply and efficiently. That nagging frustration was the spark of the idea.
As someone trained in emergency medicine (and with years of hands-on ER experience), I felt I could do more. I believed people deserve medical care delivered efficiently, effectively, and — when appropriate — right in the comfort of their home. That belief became the foundation for ER2GO. 
We created a model where, once a patient calls, we determine whether they need a virtual visit or an in-home visit. If it’s the latter, we come prepared — with all the testing, supplies, even options like IV fluids, lab work, and in-home diagnostics such as x-ray or ultrasound when needed. 
We work under a direct-pay system (we don’t bill insurance), which helps us keep overhead low and pass on savings to patients — giving people a choice: spend the day waiting in a busy ER, or get quality care when and where they need it. 
Over time, word spread. People began to realize that ER2GO is more than just convenience — it’s relief. For folks who are immunocompromised, have mobility challenges, or simply can’t afford an entire afternoon lost to waiting rooms, we offer an alternative. 
In addition to our in home services we’ve offered for years, now we’re excited to offer a dedicated Wellness Center where patients can come to us for care. It gives our community a comfortable, convenient space for urgent care services, IV vitamin therapy, routine services, treatments and procedures, SoftWave therapy, hormone consultations and follow-up visits — all supported by the same ER2GO team they already trust.”
Today, I’m proud of what ER2GO has grown into — a service that combines medical expertise, compassion, and real human convenience. And we continue to push forward, committed to making quality urgent care accessible, efficient, and personal.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course there has been challenges, as there is with anything new. I never went to business school. I know medical care and how to care for people, but running a business was new and had its challenges and learning curve. Learning how to get your name out there, introducing a new business and even more so a new idea of how to approach health care had its challenges. But keeping the overhead low and avoiding much of the red tape that insurance and pre-approvals create, avoiding this tangled mess, allows us to spend our time focusing on the patient and their needs.
