Hi Troy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
During Covid Me & my wife were Thinking and Researching ways to make a little extra money and A Food truck business had me.
I love to cook and Love people so I thought it would be a Great way to do Both.
We started and By the Grace of God it’s been going every since 2021.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting this Business has been one of the Best things we could have done. It started out overwhelming because we had Never done anything like this before but over time it became like second nature making me feel as though it was all apart of Gods Plan.
We have Been Blessed!!

Hamburger Hill is known for its Signature smash Burgers, Southern Hospitality and Friendly service. We are open at Oak Ridge Highway on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Looking into this Business it looked as though it would be 20/30,000 to get up and started but I had a Plan and it was strictly with a Budget of $5000 in which it didn’t take all of that to start up the business.
The Only Risk was me deciding to leave my Full time Job at the Health Dept to pour more into my Business. It was just Faith and Hard Work and I’m Thankful I Did i! 🙌🏽
