Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenn Phillips
Hi Glenn, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Honestly this was a vision my late mother Satta Morris Phillips had , she always worked in the medical field and took care of people, she once said once she decided to no longer work in the hospital setting she wanted to get a home to care for people – who can’t care for them selves. She passed in 2009 and I’ve worked various different jobs from retail to corporate , Fortune 500- 200 companies.
Selling insurance to cyber security while doing so I received lots of training while with those companies / cooperations and now I’m bundling all of my learned skills to provide a level of care to individuals who can’t live on their own. Here at Satta Loving hands we don’t just provide customer service but we provide customer satisfaction not just to the individuals in our homes but to their love ones as well, as a relative to someone with psychosis can be different and for some very difficult, we try to break down this process and attempt to reduce the headache as much as we can by assisting these individuals with aditional resources. This starts with understanding and learning each individual and their past experiences that led them to coming to our home and providing a level of care that smooths their mental and physical being
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most business funding is always a tough cross road especially when you’re talking about living In today’s America. August 2021 I took a leap of faith and doing so I exhausted all of my resources into a company I had no idea would flourish but did enough research and had enough faith in self and with my mothers blessings here we are alive and kicking with 2 1/2 years under our belt.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Every morning throughout the state of Georgia about 100 individuals mixed with men and women from ages 19-early 80’s are discharged from different medical facilities dealing with mental health and or health concerns some both , some with no love ones that truly understand them enough to bring them back in their personal space and some with no love ones at all , these individuals all want somewhere safe to call home and start their lives over and thats when individuals like myself get a call to see if we can bring these individuals in our space to provide a level of care that can elevate / sustain their life
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I have a 14 y/o daughter who’s ranked one of the top players in her position in soccer in the state of Georgia
