Today we’d like to introduce you to Julia Wol.
Hi Julia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My story started back in Africa. I have come a long way to be where I am today.. Living the true American dream. I am a people person who likes to fulfil others lives with happiness. I was working in a factory knowing the Lord had bigger plans for me. I prayed and he sent me my first contract with Kustom Kleaning. We started cleaning with them at Thompson Boling Arena and Lindsey Nelson Stadium. After that God sent me more businesses who needed my help in providing staff that were capable of handling serving, set- up and various parts of event planning and execution. Through those businesses I have been able to provide staff for more then 150 events local and surrounding states. Some of our events include, weddings, baby shower, birthday celebrations, and corporate events.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been very challenging. Being from Africa, English is my 4th language and so I would say the language barrier has been the biggest hurdl.e.
We’ve been impressed with Julia Event Staffing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Julia Event Staffing provides staff for many various types of events. We have servers, bartenders, cleaners, teams for set/up and tear/down on our contractors list. We provide valet services, delivery services, and various other needs throughout the business world. We are always ready for more businesses who need staff for various short term rolls.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
My success is seeing and knowing people are satisfied with our work and my staff.
