Today we’d like to introduce you to Daisy Sanders.
Hi Daisy, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I began my career in cosmetology over 26 years ago, fueled by a lifelong love of art and creativity. While I started in hair, I quickly realized my true passion was in makeup artistry. As I built a successful makeup business, I discovered something powerful—makeup only looks as good as the skin underneath. That realization led me deep into skincare, where I fell in love with ingredients, skin health, and eventually, advanced treatments like lasers and microneedling.
Driven to expand my knowledge, I pursued medical esthetics and completed the requirements to become a Master Esthetician. Alongside this, my passion for holistic health continued to grow. I became committed to blending science-backed skincare with holistic methods to create real, lasting results.
Just over two years ago, I opened my holistic spa. Today, I specialize in customized facial treatments and home care plans that empower my clients to understand and love their skin. My approach is all about balance—treating the skin with both intention and innovation.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My path has always been one foot in front of the other and over the past 26 years, I found myself compiling skill after skill which in turn lead me to where I am today. The journey has always come natural to me, and I excelled in all of my trainings which makes me certain that I am practicing in a realm that I was born to be in.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We specialize in customized skin care treatments focusing on client’s skin concerns; The client is educated about their skin issues and provided with all of the knowledge necessary to create change with their skin. Everything is taken into account from internal health to anything applied directly on the skin in hopes of being able to handle whatever the concern is without having to move to prescriptive medicine.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I don’t currently do a lot of networking. Most of my clients come to me via word of mouth or social media
