Conversations with Arch Girl

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arch Girl.

Hi Arch, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey into beauty wasn’t linear—but it was divine timing.

I started in branding and marketing back in Toronto, building stories and visuals for other people’s visions. I was good at it—great, actually—but I reached a point where I wanted more than building brands behind the scenes. I wanted to create something that felt like me. Something that combined beauty, experience, and intention—and made people feel powerful.

When I moved to Knoxville for love (yes, I’m that girl), I felt inspired to plant roots in a different way. That’s when Brow Heroes was born.

I saw a gap—there wasn’t a space that offered high-touch, high-quality brow care and made women feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. So I built it. Every detail, from the scent in the room to the custom art to the way I map each brow, was designed to make you feel like you’re the main character.

It’s about more than brows—it’s about confidence, transformation, and turning quiet self-care into a full-blown glow-up moment. Brow Heroes is where beauty meets identity. And we’re just getting started.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road definitely wasn’t smooth—but it’s been worth it. One of our biggest challenges came early on when we had to rebrand from our original name, Arch Nemesis, to Brow Heroes due to a trademark issue. At the time, it felt like a huge setback, but in hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise. It forced us to slow down, get intentional, and build something even stronger—with legal protection and a name that perfectly reflects our mission.

That experience taught me two things: protect your brand like it’s your baby, and don’t be afraid to pivot when necessary. The vision didn’t change—if anything, it got sharper. We’re still here, still saving brows, and now we’ve got a name that wears the cape too.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
At Brow Heroes, we specialize in the art of transformative brow care. Think of us as your brow’s first responders—rescuing over-tweezed arches, correcting chaotic shapes, and delivering clean, elevated results that still feel like you. Whether it’s a lamination, wax, tint, or the full “Maestro’s Touch,” we believe your brows deserve the same attention to detail as a good blowout or your favorite pair of heels.

What sets us apart? It’s not just the quality of our work—it’s the full experience. From our signature scent in the air to the curated retail section (aka Arch Girl’s Pantry), every visit is designed to feel like a brow date with your beauty-obsessed bestie.

I’m most proud of how this brand has stayed true to its mission: to make women feel seen, powerful, and a little bit spoiled. Our clients don’t just leave with better brows—they leave with their chin a little higher. That’s the magic.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Self-awareness. Hands down.

It’s been the compass for everything—from knowing when to pivot, when to rest, when to go all in, and when to let go. In both beauty and business, it’s easy to get caught up in noise, trends, or pressure to move fast. But staying self-aware has helped me stay aligned with my bigger vision, stay rooted in my “why,” and build something that feels authentic and sustainable.

I’m also big on energy—mine and the energy I create for others. I believe clients don’t just come for the brows; they come for the experience, the intention, the care. And that starts with how I show up.

Knowing myself has made it easier to lead, create, and serve in a way that’s real—and I think people can feel that.
