After over a decade of working together in a larger salon, we decided it was time to create a space of our own. With a clear vision for the type of experience we wanted to offer, we set out to design a place that reflects our shared love for the mountains and luxurious self-care. This led to the birth of Evergreen Hair Collective. Our goal is to provide each client with a personalized experience that combines luxury with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our journey to get to where we are today has been smooth yet demanding. With a clear vision and shared taste, making decisions as a team was effortless, though the hours of paperwork and hard work were certainly challenging. It’s truly been a labor of love. Not a single day has passed where we’ve left our suite without a smile, as it’s become our own little sanctuary.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Ashley and I are both seasoned hair stylists, with over a decade of experience in the industry. Over the years, we’ve witnessed its evolution and have focused our energy on finding our unique path within those changes. We’ve discovered that we both excel in creating natural, beautiful colors that enhance our clients’ features.
When it comes to haircuts, we share a love for texture. Ashley specializes in longer lengths and bobs, while I enjoy working with all lengths and styles to create the perfect cut for each client.
Our space is designed to provide a luxurious experience while maintaining the comforts of home. Whether clients want a peaceful, quiet retreat or prefer to engage in lively conversation, we’ve created a space where they can do both. Our shampoo room promotes ultimate relaxation, with soft lighting and calming shows on the TV. We provide a cool jade eye mask during your shampoo to help
reduce puffiness and ensure relaxation. We also offer a variety of beverages, including Nespresso, to complete the experience.
Above all, we are committed to giving our clients our full attention during their service, ensuring their color and cut is exactly what they envisioned.

We both consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to be where we are today. We feel truly blessed to have the unwavering support of our families and clients as we embark on this exciting new chapter. The help and encouragement we’ve received along the way has been invaluable, and we couldn’t be more grateful for it.
