My name is Yrcia Mercado, am from Dominican Republic originally, My family and I came to E.E.U.U in April 8, 1998,I have lived in the State of Florida for the last twenty years and I moved to Knoxville Tennessee three years ago. I own two business locations, the base one is in Fort Lauderdale Florida, and the second one Knoxville Tennessee. I started back in 2005, after I realized how good I was filling out documents for family and friends, back them many of them had the language barrier they did not read or speak English and I was the only one in the family that was in college therefore, every time they needs some paperwork to be done it was completed by me. It was a challenge to be my own CEO, you are afraid if you not to going to be able to make ends meet specialty when you are a single parent, I was in college, two sides jobs three children and three times a week I used to work with an immigration attorney solo practitioner for over five years. Ten years ago I started my CEO journey, I have failed many times, I have gone into a lot of debts to keep my dream alive and being successful. Everything I have is for the grace of God, giving me all the strength to keep fighting for my dream and for family. Can you share something surprising about yourself?
After my divorce I lost everything, I was emotionally drained, I was homeless, sleeping in my car, with my children, I didn’t want to ask my family for help, I worked hard for my goals and for my children, and today I am living the American dream.
